One of the worst items in a prison, is sardines. You can't even swap em for 1 stamp. If you come at a fucker trying to swap sardines for a state issued TP he just drop you right then n there.
But sardines are good for you, packed with protein iron trace nutrients omega 3's. They gross yeah but so is a lot of things in life. Ya know like taking a shit?
