Amazon can supposedly do that everywhere since they acquired Whole Foods and have next day delivery.
At the very least, they could let you order online and have a kid bring it out to your car when you arrive. Brookshire's and Walmart both do that even in the small cities in Texas. I don't see why they can't do it everywhere.
Here's what gets me. The old folks send me out every few days looking for specific brands of toilet paper, knowing that most likely nothing will have changed since last time I went looking.
Yes, I'm risking my life, and risking bringing the virus home to them, because they're particular about what they wipe their asses with. They already have enough cheap asswipe to last awhile. I don't even care what brand I use, because I use so little that it doesn't make a difference. The goddamned "me" generation has to have everything just so.
And oh yeah, pressuring me to get a job at a grocery store or some other high-risk place while I'm laid off from my regular job. Do the Boomers seriously want their kids and grandkids to die or something? Fuck, my sister already died before she was 50.

Tipping on the app too so no contact is necessary whatsoever.
Exactly. It's fucking ridiculous that you have to touch the same touchscreen and keypad that every other customer has touched in every store, regardless of whether it's a self-checkout or a cashier checks you out.
