The funniest thing is that he's one of the main architects of a borderless world. The very thing that led to this fucking crap spreading in the first place! Imagine completely dissolving the borders in a neighborhood. The trashy neighbor simply starts dumping their shit in the neighborhood "yard." The meth head neighbor is hanging out right in front of your house because it's everybody's yard!
