They keep tightening the rope, inching things forward little by
little knowing that apeshit will be the result and that's what they
want/need to implement martial law/further measures.
Seeing it put into place will obviously drive more people to the reactions
needed to roll it out further until we have a country-wide blanket lockdown.
Much like this shelter-in-place/stay-home thing that we have now.
Not saying this is what's happening, but it's a definite possibility.
