I've known several women in my life who desperately wanted children. I'm a little older though, close to 50. It's not uncommon now for young women to say they don't want kids. That was almost unheard of 20-30 years ago. Maybe the social pressures were worse then? Religion? If you told a woman you didn't want kids then, that was a total deal breaker. I had almost resigned myself to never getting married or having a long term relationship when I was in my early 20's. I remember telling a girl I was dating that I thought babies were gross and ugly, you could just see the light go off! She went on to have 4 kids and marry/divorce 3 times. Now she's poor and miserable. LOL!
