The REAL way to get rid of a cyst...

Book
Cysts, AKA "giant zits" should NEVER be popped like a typical pimple. EVER. They are NOT MEANT to be dealt with that way. A cyst will never do anything close to "popping" unless it becomes infected and has no other choice but to "drain"... and this is NOT the same as popping. Whatsoever.

You should NEVER attempt to "pop" a cyst yourself, and if it's infected, go to the doctor. A very large cyst prematurely released into the blood stream CAN cause sepsis, and CAN be lifethreatening.

A cyst is basically like a sac underneath the skin which collects toxins. There are a number of theories as to why they are necessary... some think that these toxins, if not caged away in these cysts, would cause systemic disease. Therefore, cysts may be a natural mechanism to deal with these toxins in the body.

The contents of a cyst is a thick, waxy substance. Later this will be key to understanding how they can be cured/removed.

The truth is that surgical removal of a typical cyst should be an absolute last resort, only done if the cyst is large/painful, or if a serious attempt to "cure it" has failed. After all, removal will often leave a sizable scar, which can be avoided if the cyst is dealt with properly.

This is how you cure a cyst...

1. Daily application of a hot water bottle (also known as a bladder, here's one: https://imgur.com/a/GhrgYKJ), held on the cyst for 20 minutes, or until the water bottle is cooled

2. Weeks of patience

Yes, it'll take weeks. In some cases it could even take months. Depends on the size.

The idea is that the waxy contents of the cyst will "melt" under the heat, allowing the cyst to be absorbed by the body.

But isn't the idea for the cyst to collect toxins (the contents) in the first place? Absorbed by the body? Isn't that bad?

Well, not necessarily.

Here's the protocol...

You give the cyst as long as you can stand it being present on your body. If the damn thing has been there for years and you're just tired of looking at it, or it's just getting bigger and bigger... you can go ahead and start the melting process.

But I must tell you... I don't believe in interfering with cysts. They're there to perform a specific task for the body... when they're done, they'll flare up and start the process of being absorbed. And that's when you whip out the water bottle.

For example, some back story on the cyst I had...

In total I spent about 6 years dealing with this cyst. After the first 2 years, it exploded inside itself -- "flared up" -- and the contents were absorbed by the body. But there was still a bit of an uneven area on the skin where the sac remained. It started to fill up again very slowly about a year later. Eventually over a few years, it became larger than it had been the first time. Then, suddenly, it "flared up" again and began the process of being reabsorbed. But this time, I was determined to get educated on EXACTLY how to deal with cysts so that it would actually go away instead of just mostly drain, and eventually fill up again.

I learned that it is indispensable to use the hot water bottle method on them during this "flare up" time when they are already naturally seeking a way to disappear.

Over the course of weeks of applying the hot water bottle, the cyst disappeared completely, leaving a totally flat surface behind. I really don't think it'll ever come back. But if it does, I know how to handle it now.

Another thing that I've gotta mention is sunflower lecithin. I had been taking the supplement for over a month daily (for other reasons) when the cyst flared up. I actually do believe the two are related, because sunflower lecithin supplementation is all about unblocking ducts. It really does make perfect sense.

That said, I would just recommend the water bottle method by itself. If you have a particularly stubborn cyst, you could try supplementing the sunflower lecithin, and I bet it would do something. For real. Thing is, it's best not to take any type of supplements unless you know what the hell you're doing. This is why I stress the importance of the hot water bottle above all.
