It's also not only an instruction set; at the same time it's the inner workings so it can be "defeated."
Tells you "how" to work it; and "how" it's over-ran/defeated. It's brilliant. Show a weapon, and present it
with blueprints to "the enemy."
Doesn't seem to be working on my enemy "that well" but I don't think it was mean to be used against
special operators. This opponent is too well armed. Time cannon "may" work though. Constant bombardment.
