Odd thought 52, but in England "cookies" are called "biscuits;" however we never call them that here in the U.S.
I was wondering why we call them cyclone when they are indeed hurricanes. I actually like the name "cyclone" because you can
be a scientists or something and grab a gadget and be like "OMG THE CYCLONIC ACTIVITY IS OFF THE CHARTS GUYS!"
Doesn't sound as cool if you use the word "hurricane."
So; I don't think we as 'Merkans shouldn't submit to the culture based words of others; so I'm going to call them hurricanes no matter what
part of the world they happen in.
MO: It might not be disastrous, or natural but you know what I mean. Still, who doesn't love the f**k out of a big ole storm?
They're kinda scary but I've been through a lot of them; as long as I'm in a decent shelter...hurricane parties are fun. Grant you; the last
time was like...the 80's I think?
I hope not a single person is injured; I hope Raj surfs though...
