The smaller plants by the pine cones on the right are wild irises I dug up from my dad's yard and transplanted there.

My next door neighbors had the shittiest yard ever, basically nothing but muddy ruts and holes. They brought in dirt and leveled it and seeded it with grass to create a whole new lawn. Put in flower beds, with tons of potting soil and mulch, and dozens of new plants.
