Yeah, taters are awesome. What's her name LOVES pan fried taters. Myself; personally
I prefer tater-tots or hashed browns. 

The hash(ed) browns I like to make myself and then put about four eggs (over easy) on top
of the browns (about 1.75" thick). 

It's cheap and filling and I really love the taste.
