A lot of time when you get a dumber than fuck comment on a YouTube video, it's from a kid. Ban all kids.

Even worse when the kid is 25 or 30. Have they learned nothing??
But yes, under 18's should be EXTREMELY limited as to where they
can traipse around on the web. I don't need to be shit-talked by some
retarded 13 year old. I've already got one of those annoying fuckers
