I dunno man, simply put, some cultures are better than others and always have been.
No way around the facts.
Rome was always a sex perv hell hole and I mean, it's the home of the Vatican, so it literally still is.
Maybe some geo locations are just cursed, at least until the whole rock is purged by fire.
