Truth. I've always heard though that if you leave it in a very acidic marinade
for longer than four hours [anything with lemon/lime juice, vinegar, ect.] that
it would start to kind of cook the chicken and it would turn out rubbery.
I can kind of agree to an extent with that, it's happened to me a couple times
but for the most part, leaving chicken parts to soak in the fridge overnight
[regardless of what it's in] hasn't been much of an issue. I can live with a
little extra chewy bird as long as it's tasting right!
