After chilling the final product in a gallon freezer bag, I was ready for a burrito.
Or "wrap," as some joints call them, to sound hoity-toity.
Ain't nuffin hoity-toity about this. I gotta use all of this stuff up before it goes bad.
With my fat sack of product in hand, I opened an obscenely large bag of spring mix and rolled some of it with some of the product in a large spinach tortilla.
I'd say the base product is close enough to what I normally make to be a drop-in replacement. It's moist and flavorful. Storing it in the broth will make it even better over the next few days.
