russia has been building the best rockets since the 1960's , I think they got space covered pretty good
they could sell off 10% of Russia to the Chinese and still have by far the greatest land mass full of minerals
usa will need lots of fancy minerals from mother Russia
I wish that Russia would do a serious 'homesteading' offer say 1000 acres free so long as you develop the land for farming or lumber harvesting , that would help them increase their population and taxes paid to king Putin
