Anyway, about the dying cat.

Elvis either got into a fight or got attacked by another animal. I'm thinking it must've been a much larger animal because of the size of the puncture wound in his chest.

The wound grew and grew until it became a huge gaping hole in his chest. I'm frankly amazed that he's still alive. I've been wanting to take him to the vet for a week, but could never get time off to do it.

I told my stepmom about all of this, but she was uninterested. I didn't bother asking her to take him to the vet for me. I don't ask any of them for anything. There are no favors from them without strings attached.
