Unless you can prove you have a reason to be out. Makes me furiously fappotized watching women in tight little skirts and dresses sloshing their sex juices all about town , parading their young supple little bodies before the healthy ones. This improve America!  It wanna see them bound in rope! Whatever candidates propose this i will give seal of approval. Lets not be silent about encouraging these ladies to express in meticulous detail, their perverse, deviant and ball draining sexual thoughts.
