Your typical human resources department is a leftist front group that produces no revenue for the company and frustrates managers' attempts to hire competent, qualified workers by imposing race and gender quotas - all the while low-key discriminating against certain classes of workers based on race, sex, and age.
HR always has the obligatory big-titted broad in a low-cut blouse daring a man to look down when he's talking to her. The young broads in HR, like the young broads in most departments, think skin-tight yoga pants are appropriate office attire. You'd better believe they take notes on which male workers are sneaking a peek at their asses.
Some HR departments outsource essential services like payroll to outside companies so they can peddle woke propaganda full time. They literally do nothing of value. Worse, they destroy morale by interjecting their intersectionalist nonsense into working relationships.
Fortunately COVID-19 has revealed which workers are essential and which workers are useless to (or worse, a drain on) companies. We're going to see a lot of companies unwilling to hire leftists and Karens soon. We're going to see a jump in productivity as companies eliminate dead weight and fill roles with enthusiastic, capable workers.
