They're usually in the wrong place on the dolls' anatomy.
There's usually a lot more space between the two (the "taint") than on a real woman.
The bunghole is usually just a round hole, no sphincter.
They should have vulva that cover the 'gina and labia, and can be spread open in a realistic manner. Instead, the entire assembly is perched on a vulva-shaped mound.
