I've seen a few videos by both MGTOW guys and conservative women about this. Except for the first one I saw, from Better Bachelor, I don't watch them all the way through because they all play either Lahren's original rant video or her half-assed apology video in their entirety, and I don't have the patience to listen to her over and over.
Long story short, Lahren's (possibly drunken) rant about how "men are trash" turned a LOT of people off. Before the rant, most men rated her as a solid 8 out of 10. Since the rant, she's been downgraded to a 6, and is generally regarded as having doomed herself to cat-herding spinsterhood.
A key takeaway is that even "conservative" women born since ca. 1965 are feminists because the mindset of women has been affected by feminism whether they know it or not.
