His target audience is men who have been involved in the "manosphere" for awhile. There's a presumption that they're all familiar with the terms. It's not meant to be elitist, just shorthand to avoid repeating the same verbose concepts over and over. As in any field, newcomers should probably look at some introductory level material first. Unfortunately, guys making videos at that level don't survive the ThemTube ban hammer for long.
