He didn't look like it made him happy...
He looked like he thought it was a tragedy.
He looked grateful for his own sanity.
Trump didn't need to take the piss out of him (though he did at some key points)...
Biden did it all to himself.
When he got totally confused and called his plan "The Green New Deal" and gave it his full support in a total sun-downer moment, the ruination was palpable.
The total fail and the clear collapse of his mental state was glaringly obvious.
