Yeah I generally hate bullshit sadass music.

If it's gonna be sad, it better be really good music by legendary artists.

Take Pink Floyd for example, that can be some pretty sad toned shit... not your typical kinda sad though.

Smashing Pumpkins/Billy Corgan has its fair bit of sad sack shit that I wouldn't listen to unless I was in the right mood, but that's one good example of a legendary artist who gets a free pass.
