So I've seen BHC a few times, but I probably haven't seen it in at least 10 years. This thread recently inspired me to watch it again: https://www.sectual.com/thread-4486.html

Just so you know, I'm watching this whilst eating cold pizza and drinking lemon-lime Gatorade.

1:00 ah, that '80s aesthetic. Can't believe this movie is 36 years old.

1:40 so this is '80s Beverly Hills? WTF?

1:46 okay that is fucking gross. I thought the milk was coming out of his nose. This movie is totally not funny at all so far.

1:55 okay, this is NOT Beverly Hills. Where the fuck is this???

2:35 WHY is the volume SOOO low on these streaming service uploads??? My volume is maxed out and it's still low.

2:40 ah, the second Eddie Murphy starts talking, everything just gets better.

2:46 lmfao "these are very popular cigarettes with the children"... das fucked up.

2:55 ahhh, so they're in Detroit. Wooowww. Some areas of this country have been on a decline for a looong time. That's sad as hell, y'all.

4:50 one of those classic '80s action-lite scenes ensues. So comforting. So nostalgic.

5:33 free cigarettes for everybody, lmfao! Get out and get 'em before they're crushed!

6:40 DAMN they made a mess making this fucking movie! Pretty sure that's gotta be illegal.

8:04 Eddie Murphy really does have a fabulous smile. I bet this fucking guy is younger than I am in this movie. God dangit... why haven't I been in any movies yet? I'm a GREAT actress.

8:20 Paul fuckin' Reiser. You almost never see that guy. Hell I bet I'm older than he was here too. They all look sooo young... I remember the first time I watched this movie, that wasn't the case! They didn't look old to me, but I didn't think they looked young. It's so weird and cool how perspective changes. Life is such an illusion.

8:30 I love Paul's character in this movie... he's so real and legit. You just don't get this kinda realness and intimacy out of movies anymore. It has a lot to do with the way they were filmed. It was all so much more real back then.

10:00 his shirt was inside out, LOL. Was that cool at the time?? Seems kinda cool.

10:55 oh FUCK YEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH. THIS is the theme right here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4kWpi2HnPU

I remember teaching myself to play this on the keyboard, rofl!!!!!!!

I've remembered the tune randomly a few times over the years and never could figure out what the hell it was from, omg!!!!!!!!!!

13:40 I only vaguely remember this movie, and certain clips of course... but what I do remember is this friend of his totes gets killed.

15:25 what a sweet scene though.

15:45 Eddie Murphy really has a one of a kind laugh.

16:08 it's really very sad... always thought this was a sort of unfortunate part of the plot. But I think the movie needed this serious element to give it depth and some kinda purpose.

19:24 I definitely think Eddie Murphy is bisexual though. I don't think a dude can have soft female lookin' eyeballs like that and not be at least a little gay.

21:38 see this is what I love about this movie... how he just cons his way into stuff. It's beautiful.

23:50 here's the iconic "HOW YOU ARE DOING TODAY?" scene with my man Bronson Pinchot.

24:44 roflmfaolol I love how he can't pronounce his name... so legendary. Love it so much.

27:55 God, BOTH these dudes were perfectly cast... they just look like a couple of absolutely stone cold evil bastards.

31:07 "I never seen no shit like that"... roflmao, I love this movie so much.

It's so great to see Axel slowly put a plan together and win.

32:15 I always thought "Judge" was a pretty cool name. His real name is Edward Ernest though... Judge is just a nickname.

34:54 damn Judge Reinhold has an amazing nose.

38:56 "Go ahead. Take those bananas." ROFLMAO I LOVE this scene.

41:55 this chick is pretty, but that's gotta be the ugliest hair barrette I've ever seen. It looks like a worm.

46:08 Axel has balls!

46:33 I love the way he handles situations. So great.

51:27 naked '80s chicks, oh man... they just don't make 'em like that anymore.

57:40 "The supercop story was working"... roflmaololol.

1:02:20 "All this shit happened the last time I parked here" lmfaolololol.

1:02:58 this is one of the scenes I've always remembered... so legendary.

1:17:27 "Caution: Speed bumps ahead" YOU AIN'T KIDDIN'!!! THE SUSPENSE THOUGH!!!

1:29:08 man this movie is so badass.

1:31:20 rofl, I fucking love Judge Reinhold.

1:32:00 GOT 'EM.

Such a great movie.
