I don't think he needs martial law to get what he wants...
If it's declared, it won't be for the fire and brimstone reasons most people envision when they hear the term.
We chose to be alive in the wildest, whackiest times this country (and the world, TBH) has ever fuckin' seen and there is not enough popcorn.
