My guess is that some states have watermarked their ballots.
Are they the states that matter though? The ones where fraud is evident probably wouldn't watermark their ballots would they? That's the rub.
The DHS printing for all states sounds a little too good to be true.
And BTW, this watermarked ballot printed by a single source thingy is the only logical way to do it regardless. And even without being printed at one single source, watermarking is still the only way.
Machine voting should absolutely never be a thing.
Paper ballots, in person, period.
