Two-thousand-twenty and still, so many people don't understand "starvation-mode".
They think "Oh, I'm not gonna eat anything at all and I'll lose all kinds of weight!"
When all they're doing in brick-walling their metabolism and causing their body to
go after all their lean [muscle] tissue first, leaving the undesirable fat they think
they're gonna drop. It's pretty silly.
Metabolism should be looked at like a fire. Slow, steady fuel sources that burn clean
burn best. A more effective fire. You quit adding fuel it dies out. You add fucking
styrofoam or weird shit you shouldn't be, it burns nasty and fucks the air up.
But calorie deficits, yo! lol
