Anybody else have problems converting their thoughts to speech?

Me exactly! Especially on my off days. [Depression/anxiety taking over]
I also think it's because I'm given to a fanciful imagination, meaning I allow my thoughts
to run rampant. Most of the time, it's me that allows it but on those off days it's just
mood/chemically induced. Endogenous chemicals, not drugs or anything.

It's a hard one to get ahold of for sure. I just try to accept that there's a reason for it
and that when it IS in full-swing, don't sweat it. Let it run itself out. Baseline ain't far from there.
