i used to, and still do at times due to complexity of thoughts. my main goal in the old vc was always to practice my oratory skills, to convert the mental holograms i process into a compelling vocal english performance.
the issue i run into these days isn't my ability to convey info, nor others ability to recognize it, but they won't act on it. it doesn't 'click' within them. the puzzle piece isn't added to the picture. sometimes i feel this in real time mid sentence and i start trippin up.
