On some real shit though, that article is pretty crazy.
I mean, this hella old dude who was in the Defense Ministry's space unit for 30 years...
Comes out and says some shit like this and we're just supposed to think he's crazy or something??
A lot more likely that he just knows what the fuck he's talking about instead...
The aliens don't want us to have "mass hysteria" so they're waiting til we're desensitized to the idea of their existence?
I'd say ~70 years of hardcore alien storylines in movies has done a great deal to prepare humanity...
If you came out in 2020 with solid proof of alien existence and communication, literally no one would be surprised.
Literally no one.
They don't have that excuse to stand behind for very much longer.
