Get a big hunk of beef, cheapest cut like blade roast.
Cling wrap it tight, and use a long razor sharp knife to cut your own steaks.
Then cling wrap them unseasoned leave in the fridge for a week minimum depending on the used by date.
30 seconds either side "under" a gas stove grill on a rack, you can literally cut it with a butter knife and it melts in your mouth when fully cooked.
Its the home attempt at dry aged beef and it works. It gives the tastiest beefy flavor from the cheapest cut of beef.
You can literally pull it apart shred it with 2 forks uncooked. Then cook it in a pan 30 seconds and put in burritos.
Season to taste with whatever you want.
The flavor when home style dry aging is fuckin unbelievable. Even unseasoned.
If you just cooked that roast beef in an oven even perfectly it tastes shit compared.
But you gotta make sure of the used by date never leave in fridge longer than used by date cos you aint doing proper dry aging must be careful.
This is cheap commercially available way to get more use out of your beef.
