Forgot to say: I don't do the weights everyday, but every other day.
Sometimes I leave two days in between.

*EDIT* - And WATER. Drink lots of it! Don't drown yourself but you more than likely may need an increase.
I drink near a gallon everyday. Have for many years. I guess we're all different, but water is very important to health.
