Also worth noting...

Going too long/hard on an exercise bike can have pretty serious negative effects, especially on men.

Back in 2012, I was up to 45 - 60 minutes per session, per day. Sometimes doing that TWICE!
What did it do for me? Gave me internal 'roids that I live with to this day! Aaaaand one time
I even ejaculated blood. Well, blood mixed in with the other stuff, sorry - not to be gross but
stress to the prostate is REAL. Saw Palmetto fellas! And cut dairy out.

THAT'S why I'm 20 minutes MAX on that thing these days. Supplement your less than ideal
routines with good old fashioned walking! It's THE best form of exercise available!
