I'm not really willing to speculate one way or the other about effects that I think it might have...
But one thing I absolutely do believe is that humanity's genes are being altered in order to change their reaction to the sun.
How else can I phrase it?
One purpose of this gene altering is to change humanity's automatic physical response to the light which is generated by the sun.
I think that is the most accurate way to say it.
