The 1:30 countdown screen comes on at the beginning of these premier videos...
I always forget that.
I consider the second the video goes live (regardless) to be the number of true viewers and that number was about 15k.
I guess with this whole 1:30 screen, it gives subscribers time to see the live notification? Not really sure how that works, but with the subs notified, it's sitting at 20k as predicted.
