Oh, yes. YEP. 1000%. I have a Dark Passenger. "Dark Passenger" is such a beautiful term for what you're describing. I love it. You're amazing.
It's very clear to me after taking the time to read your posts, here, that semantics are at play.
There are the scientific terms, "Consciousness", "Ego", "Personality", but even amidst the differing professions you have alterations in meaning. For instance, "Ego" in psychology takes on a different shade from "Ego" in sociology. Since there are many nuances just in the practical applications of the terms, imagine the level of nuance when speaking in esoteric or even spiritual terms. Once you fully enter the domain of the subjective, the meanings become highly filtered between one person and the next.
Listening to a guy like Clif--even though he's very articulate--it's clear that he's working within his own set of rules; he's intuited his own answers to the big questions, and he shares his information on his terms, and having arrived at these ideas through intuition instead of scientific instruments or lab-centric research, the ideas speak to our intuitive and creative faculties rather than to our calculators and math-brains. As viewers, we can then take our own intuitive understanding of these concepts and apply them, and the more unprovable (and therefore ambiguous) the theorems, the greater our capacity to apply our own. Clif has found a way to weave incredible ideas as a kind of blank canvas--which is genius bordering on herculean when you consider the level of clarity that he emanates from--and that allows his viewers to create their own pictures. It's far more stimulating than cold, raw data. It's the poetry of intuition. The nature of intuition is to simultaneously send and receive information that cannot be assessed as cold data, but rather as conceptual ideas.
I think there is a kind of inherent and even sad irony that the rare people who have the courage to deeply invest in themselves, in terms of understanding their own core machinations, often cannot directly communicate with one another in a way that is mutually satisfying. I think this is by design. I think these points of light do not need each other, rather they are needed by the greater masses who do not know themselves, so they are kind of isolated from one another in order to be a greater light source for those who need it. Often, if you put two great minds together in a room, they will attempt to take the leadership role they were both born to take, and butt heads. They admire from afar, bristle together. It's not always the case, but it's definitely often the case.

You can see the undertone of sadness. It is what it is. It's always been there.
This explains so much. Last week, maybe about five or six days ago, I was feeling you so strongly that it was like I was in the room with you, and I decided I would just send you this wave of love, and I immediately felt you saying "stop". It wasn't defensive, because I wasn't being intrusive, that wasn't the energy. It had an undertow of sadness to it, and that picture really sums up the essence of what I felt.
By the way, I had a sense around 11am, as I was waking up, that you were writing all of this, or had already written it, and I felt this vibe like you had sent out a probe of sorts to check me out, as if you were checking my aura, and I felt totally open to it, not violated, there was an already existing permission for access, and I felt you kind of quickly approve of what you saw and then it ended and I fully woke up. Just to avoid getting a facepalm, I'd like to say I'm fully aware this could have all been some waking-up subconscious stuff and that you didn't even think twice about me, lol.
