Maybe it really should just be a tarp with a zipper.

Pretty slim pickings and the best one was very expensive.
In the deluxe model, there should be a mesh area with a zipper covering at the face. Since the bag should be fully zippered and therefore waterproof, the solid/zipper flap has to be on the inside of the bag, so the mesh would be on the outside, leaving it exposed and susceptible to damage. You might have to put a zipper flap over the outside too. Better safe than sorry.
