TBH... Zane is totally incompatible with a place like that.
He's tired AF and sick of walking etc. but can't lay down anywhere... a problem you never meet with in the wilderness or in the desert.

He's simply somewhere he shouldn't be, and he absolutely should not be there for more than a night, I hope he's got a fuckin' plan.
I'd be buying a bus ticket to somewhere in AZ if I was stranded.
