Caveman days... that's my response. Think back to the glory days when humans lived in their tightly knit communities, there were no distractions to keep people from facing one another. There were wise elders who guided people and the older women and men helped raise all the kids (because mothers were out engaging in group caveman sex/getting pregnant again).
A similar system would be divised in this genius baby utopia. The genius babies could have strong male role models in the community, and communities could be kept smaller on purpose so nobody felt left out.
