crab tax was a weird tweet.
saying he's working with doge devs to make it more efficient... there was one dev and he quit years ago. i don't think there's any sort of team on it right now.
also weird when one knows multiple chains already exist that satisfy the lower energy costs, but he's not mentioning them.
