You're probably not far wrong if wrong at all.  Resonant frequencies  that are barely detectable to technologically unaided human beings can do amazing things. As of right now the Golden Gate Bridge is making a steady hum that can be heard as far away as Daly City Why? They recently updated the safety rails on the pedestrian walkways.
