I wonder if somebody's pulling some shenanigans with some kinda tech in that specific area.
I wonder too if anyone has considered the fact that those vibrations are also being transmitted down the vertical towers of the bridge and into the supporting caissons too, they're 88 years old. I'm not saying that would be destructive but it quite certainly isn't helping anything.
