I used to have sort of a negative inner attitude. My default mental thought processing was kind of negative and sarcastic.
I would get angry at people who were in my way, get mad in traffic and I generally just thought of others as stupids. lol.
The attitude was coming from me though. I don't know why I was like that, because my heart was always good and I care about people. I guess I would just get frustrated with things and spout off with my inner voice in negative ways almost all the time.
I was always a good person though and I didn't like being that way (negative).
I believe the change I went through fixed me. I no longer think negative thoughts as my core base-level. My core is to be warm and understanding of situations and of other people.
I'm not some saint - and no one is. I'm just very happy, content and thankful for the basic things.
It's so much better to be in a positive frame of mind.
