I know everybody's been going through it lately (EVERYBODYYYYY)...
But this is not the time to let darkness consume your state of being.
This is the time to let go of that shit.
Never try to stop thoughts, just number them, recognize them as just a thought.
Let them flow.
Trying to fight them block them stop them makes it worse.
Resist nothing just acknowledge what it is be present.
