As someone who's had bouts of anorexia over the years and witnessed the permanent damage that the lack of nutrients over an extended period of time does to the body...
I don't think Eugenia could ever recover from this 100% on a body/health level. I think too much damage has probably been done to her organs at this point.
The lack of nutrients causes your body to start consuming its most fatty organs first, so the brain (cognitive decline; can be permanent) is the first to start getting eaten, then the heart (damage also permanent in my opinion, from what I've experienced).
If the consequences of sustained mild-moderate anorexia are that dire, people like Eugenia are screwed health-wise on a permanent level.
