the thing people do these days, apparently, is to pave out a road and then bribe people to bring the cars. that is to say, they make the protocol, chain, and token, then they do hackathons to bribe people to actually make their shit useful.
that's what solsea is, and all.art, hackathon projects. lots of these dissolve away... some become really big.
not a huge fan of how chains rely on this. theta is doin the same thing.
