It's common to see all kind of beings at the foot of the bed or just around the bed when you're falling asleep/waking up through the layers/dimensions.
I've had a ton of experiences instantly visiting/remote viewing places all around the world whilst falling asleep...
One of the most vivid was some random kid's backyard birthday party. He was sitting on his grandma's lap in a lawn chair with the birthday cake on the table in front of them. The sounds of the party were jarring and immediately woke me up but I vividly remembered the scene.
