"We drove in the middle of the road to take this crooked picture of Monument Valley!" People are constantly doing this. The locals hate their lives. When I went through that exact spot, people were going super slow and swerving. Locals would come up behind and pass at like 80mph. People would just barely pull off the road and then get out in the middle and take pics and stare. It's amazing but FFS... stay in your car, in your own lane. They need a better pull off in that area.
