I'm personally glad there aren't any female artists on the album...
Who would they have featured? Beyonce? Well that'd be the ultimate kick in the nuts since Beyonce probably hated Aaliyah because Jay-Z was in love with her while she was alive.
The album probably shouldn't have been done in the first place but...
At least they didn't make the mistake of bringing female artists into it.
