PC term for the idea but these people are living in luxury, and treated with respect, so it's not some kinda weird archaic thing.
I want a lot of people there to assist so everyone can have days off (like 3 days per week off) and there are plenty of other people to fill in.
I think some people could do the 'co-op' thing where they come and just work at the saloon or the hotel for their board, so hotel workers would live on the employee dedicated floor(s) of the hotel, etc.
